Full Day £160 and Half Day £110.

Room Hire includes OHP, flip chart, permanent mounted plasma screen with video, DVD, and world wide web links and conference calls. Tea, coffee and water - complimentary.

Vine House Reading Room (up to 6 people):
£60 Full Day £40 Half Day.

For those who require an intimate informal meeting room for up to 6 people.

Room includes flip chart, tea, coffee and water - complimentary.

8 hour Delegate Rate (minimum 6 people, not available weekends):
£45.00 per person

Which includes: Boardroom and equipment hire, tea, coffee and biscuits in the morning, a 2 course business lunch and tea, coffee and biscuits in the afternoon.

24 hour Delegate Rate (minimum 6 people, not available weekends):
£175.00 per person Small or Standard Double
£210.00 per person Superior Double
£250.00 for two people Superior Double

All meeting and conference bookings must be accompanied by a deposit (25% of total booking rate) and payment in full at the end of your stay.
